High Speed Spiral Weld Pipe Mill Automated Operation High Quality Welds

The spiral welded pipe unit is a standard finalized unit developed and improved by Duolek Heavy Industry on the basis of absorbing the essence of foreign molding technology and combining with the actual situation in China. ▶ Production process of spiral welded pipe unit:

• The raw materials are strip steel coils, welding wire, and flux. Strict physical and chemical inspections must be conducted before investment.
• The head and tail of the strip steel are connected by single or double wire submerged arc welding, and after being rolled into a steel pipe, active submerged arc welding is used for repair welding.
• Before forming, the strip steel undergoes leveling, trimming, planing, surface cleaning, transportation, and pre bending treatment.
• Using an electric contact pressure gauge to control the pressure of the oil cylinders on both sides of the conveyor to ensure the smooth transportation of the strip steel.
• The use of a weld seam gap control device ensures that the weld seam gap meets the welding requirements, and the pipe diameter, misalignment, and weld seam gap are strictly controlled.
• Each batch of steel pipes must undergo a strict inspection system to check the mechanical properties, chemical composition, fusion condition, surface quality of the steel pipes, and undergo non-destructive testing to ensure that the pipe manufacturing process is qualified before it can be officially put into production.
• Fully automatic steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine
• The hydraulic testing machine is mainly used for pressure testing of welded pipes, and has the functions of computer recording, storage, printing, and test results. The pipe diameter range is from Φ 20 to Φ 3500mm, and the test pressure is 10-110MPa.

▶ Fully automatic flat head chamfering machine
The flat head chamfering machine is mainly used for flattening and chamfering the ends of welded pipes. Equipped with a contour chamfering knife, the processed groove is uniform and beautiful. Our company provides flat head chamfering machines for steel pipe production enterprises that meet standards such as API-5L, API-5CT, BS1387-85, ASTM, GB9711, etc.

▶ Ultrasonic flaw detector:
Take the initiative to alarm and spray marks if there are shortcomings, and workers adjust parameters accordingly;
The parts with continuous ultrasonic testing marks on the weld seam shall undergo manual ultrasonic and X-ray re inspection again;
Defects will be repaired and undergo non-destructive testing again until they are confirmed to be cleared;

Q:What’s your quality control system?

A:We operate ISO9001 Quality Management System. We control our products quality by our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing and Inspection before packing. Each step has inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.

Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?

A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
