▶ High frequency straight seam welding pipe unit
The unit adopts the international advanced forming system, with a series of advantages such as stable forming, good steel pipe surface quality, convenient specification change, advanced technology, reliable equipment, perfect process and mature production.
Production material: The widest 1500mm strip is used as the production material, and the strip content is low.
Forming process: The cold forming process of multiple rollers is used to extrude the two ends of the strip and align them with the two ends of the strip. The advantage is that the forming method is uninterrupted and continuously tightened
▶ Submerged arc straight seam welding pipe unit
The unit is a special equipment for the production of straight seam welded pipe in metallurgy, petroleum, construction and other industries. Adopt mature and reliable advanced technology and equipment to ensure that product quality, cost and various consumption indicators reach advanced levels, and have strong competitiveness in quality and price.
Production material: The narrowest 1250mm production coil plate, medium plate, medium plate as the production material.
Forming process: JCOE cold stamping forming, which is characterized by the gradual formation of 50mm sheet metal.
▶ Automatic steel pipe hydraulic testing machine
DORCO automatic steel pipe hydraulic testing machine is the main inspection equipment of welded pipe production, using PLC control, each part of the work process is automatically completed in turn, and has the function of automatic recording of test results and parameters.
▶ Automatic flat head chamfering machine
Chamfering machine is one of the auxiliary machines of the welding pipe set, which is specially used for processing the groove of the end of the steel pipe and leveling the end of the steel pipe for on-site welding.
Steel pipe diameter: φ20mm-φ3500mm.
▶ Ultrasonic flaw detector:
Defects active alarm and spray mark, workers adjust parameters according to this;
The parts with continuous acoustic detection marks on the weld are re-examined by manual ultrasonic and X-ray;
Defects are repaired and will be nondestructive inspected again until the defects are confirmed to be cleared;

Q:What’s your quality control system?
A:We operate ISO9001 Quality Management System. We control our products quality by our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing and Inspection before packing. Each step has inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.
Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
Q:What is your warranty policy?
A:All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation
