▶ High frequency straight seam welded pipe unit
The unit adopts an internationally advanced forming system, which has a series of advantages such as stable forming, good surface quality of steel pipes, convenient specification changes, advanced technology, reliable equipment, complete process and mature production.
Production material: The widest 1500mm strip steel is used as the production material, with low strip steel content.
Forming process: Using a cold forming process with multiple rollers, the two ends of the strip steel are compressed and aligned with each other. The advantage is that the forming method is uninterrupted and continuously fastened

This unit is a specialized equipment for producing straight seam welded pipes in industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, and construction. Production materials: The narrowest 1250mm is used to produce coils, medium plates, and medium thick plates.
Forming process: JCOE cold stamping forming, which is characterized by gradually forming sheet metal in units of 50mm.

▶ Fully automatic steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine: The DORCO fully automatic steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine is the main inspection equipment for welded pipe production. It adopts PLC control, and each part of the work process is automatically completed in sequence, with the function of automatic recording of test result parameters.

▶ Fully automatic flat head chamfering machine: The chamfering machine is one of the auxiliary machines of the welded pipe unit, dedicated to processing the groove of the steel pipe end and leveling the steel pipe end for on-site welding. Steel pipe diameter: φ20mm-φ3500mm.

▶ Ultrasonic flaw detector:
Take the initiative to alarm and spray marks if there are shortcomings, and workers adjust parameters accordingly;
The parts with continuous ultrasonic testing marks on the weld seam shall undergo manual ultrasonic and X-ray re inspection again;
Defects will be repaired and undergo non-destructive testing again until they are confirmed to be cleared;

Q:What’s your quality control system?

A:We operate ISO9001 Quality Management System. We control our products quality by our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing and Inspection before packing. Each step has inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.

Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?

A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.

Q:What is your warranty policy?
