▶ High frequency straight seam welded pipe unit
The unit adopts an internationally advanced forming system, which has a series of advantages such as stable forming, good surface quality of steel pipes, convenient specification changes, advanced technology, reliable equipment, complete process and mature production.
Production material: The widest 1500mm strip steel is used as the production material, with low strip steel content.
Forming process: Using a cold forming process with multiple rollers, the two ends of the strip steel are compressed and aligned with each other. The advantage is that the forming method is uninterrupted and continuously fastened
▶ Submerged arc straight seam welded pipe unit
This unit is a specialized equipment for producing straight seam welded pipes in industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, and construction. By adopting mature and reliable advanced processes and equipment, we ensure that product quality, cost, and various consumption indicators reach advanced levels, and have strong competitiveness in terms of quality and price.
Production materials: The narrowest 1250mm is used to produce coils, medium plates, and medium thick plates.
Forming process: JCOE cold stamping forming, which is characterized by gradually forming sheet metal in units of 50mm.
▶Automatic steel pipe hydraulic testing machine
The DORCO fully automatic steel pipe hydraulic testing machine is the main inspection equipment for welded pipe production. It is controlled by PLC, and the working process of each part is automatically completed in sequence. It also has the function of automatically recording the test result parameters. The pipe diameter range is Φ20-Φ3500mm, and the test pressure is 10-110MPa.
The working process is as follows: feeding, clamping, water filling, pressure increase, pressure holding, pressure relief and discharging.
According to the sealing type, it can be divided into two types: radial sealing and end face sealing.
▶Automatic flat head chamfering machine
The chamfering machine is one of the auxiliary machines of the pipe welding unit, specifically designed for processing the bevels at the ends of steel pipes and flattening the ends of the steel pipes to facilitate on-site welding.
Steel pipe diameter: φ20mm-φ3500mm. Among them, the flat head chamfering machine with a diameter range of φ60mm-φ339.7mm is a high-speed flat head chamfering machine with a step feeding type, suitable for oil casing and ERW welded pipe manufacturing enterprises.
▶Ultrasonic flaw detector:
Defects active alarm and spray mark, workers adjust parameters according to this;
The parts with continuous acoustic detection marks on the weld are re-examined by manual ultrasonic and X-ray;
Defects are repaired and will be nondestructive inspected again until the defects are confirmed to be cleared;

Q:What’s your quality control system?

A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
