▶ High - frequency ERW Pipe Mill
This mill adopts an internationally advanced forming system and has a series of advantages such as stable forming, good surface quality of steel pipes, convenient specification change, advanced technology, reliable equipment, perfect process, and mature production.
Production materials: It uses the widest 1500mm strip steel as production materials, with a low strip steel content.
Forming process: It adopts a cold - forming process with multiple rollers, extruding and aligning the two ends of the strip steel. The advantage is that the forming method is uninterrupted and continuously tight.
▶Submerged arc straight seam welded pipe unit
This unit is a specialized equipment for producing straight seam welded pipes in industries such as metallurgy, petroleum, and construction. By adopting mature and reliable advanced processes and equipment, we ensure that product quality, cost, and various consumption indicators reach advanced levels, and have strong competitiveness in terms of quality and price.
Production materials: It uses the narrowest 1250mm production coil plates, medium plates, and medium - thick plates as production materials.
Forming process: JCOE cold stamping forming, which is characterized by the gradual forming of plates in units of 50mm.
▶Automatic Steel Pipe Hydrostatic Testing Machine
DORCO's automatic steel pipe hydrostatic testing machine is the main inspection equipment for welded pipe production. It is controlled by PLC, and the working processes of each part are automatically completed in sequence. It also has the function of automatically recording test result parameters.
▶Automatic End - facing and Chamfering Machine
The chamfering machine is one of the auxiliary machines of the welded pipe mill. It is specially used to process the bevel of the pipe end and flatten the end of the steel pipe for on - site welding.Steel pipe diameter: φ20mm - φ3500mm.
▶Ultrasonic Flaw Detector
Alerts and marks defects automatically, prompting workers to adjust parameters accordingly. Weld sections marked by continuous ultrasonic flaw detection undergo secondary inspection via manual ultrasonic and X - ray techniques. Repaired defects are subject to repeated non - destructive testing until full defect elimination is verified.

Q:What’s your quality control system?
A:We operate ISO9001 Quality Management System. We control our products quality by our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing and Inspection before packing. Each step has inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.
Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
Q:What is your warranty policy?
A:All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation
