High-Frequency Longitudinal Seam Welded Pipe Mill
This mill incorporates internationally advanced forming systems, offering advantages such as stable forming, superior pipe surface quality, easy specification changes, advanced technology, reliable equipment, refined processes, and mature production.
Material: Uses ultra-wide 1500mm steel strips with low carbon content.
Forming Process: Multi-roller cold forming technology that continuously squeezes and aligns strip edges, ensuring uninterrupted forming and fastening.
Fastening Method: Utilizes high-frequency electrical current to rapidly heat the strip edges, enabling self-fusion under external force.
Submerged Arc Longitudinal Seam Welded Pipe Mill
Specialized equipment for producing longitudinal welded pipes in metallurgy, petroleum, construction, and other industries. It employs proven advanced processes and equipment to ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and consumption metrics meet leading standards, ensuring strong competitiveness in both quality and pricing.
Material: Uses narrower 1250mm steel coils, medium plates, and thick plates.
Forming Process: JCOE cold stamping formation, gradually shaping plates in 50mm increments.
Fastening Method: Filler material fastening via electrothermal impact between welding wire and plate edges.
Fully Automatic Pipe Hydrostatic Tester
A primary inspection device for welded pipe production, featuring PLC-controlled automated workflows (feeding, clamping, water filling, pressure boosting, pressure holding, pressure release, discharging) and automatic test parameter recording.
Pipe Diameter: Φ20–Φ3500mm
Test Pressure: 10–110MPa
Sealing Types: Radial sealing or end-face sealing.
Fully Automatic Pipe Facing and Chamfering Machine

Ultrasonic Flaw Detector
Automatically alarms and marks defects for parameter adjustments.
Weld sections with continuous UT marks undergo manual ultrasonic and X-ray re-inspection.
Repaired defects undergo repeated NDT until fully eliminated.
X-Ray Inspection
DORCO Heavy Industry’s X-ray equipment detects hidden weld spots in welded pipes and intelligently analyzes results, supporting the goals of "first-pass qualification" and "zero defects."

Q:What information we need customers to provide?
A:Dorco has R&D Center to focus on the study for new product. We can design and make the change as customer’s requirements. We keep an opened mind to service our customers.
Q:What’s your quality control system?
A:We operate ISO9001 Quality Management System. We control our products quality by our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing and Inspection before packing. Each step has inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.
Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
Q:What is your warranty policy?
A:All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation
