Fully Automatic Ring Rolling Machine Automatic Feeding Unloading Efficient Production
The Dorco Heavy Industry Ring Rolling Machine Automation Production Line has undergone multiple rounds of technical discussions and demonstrations, combined with the company's accumulated rich experience, fully considering various aspects such as structural form, stiffness, strength, and mechanical accuracy. Upgrades have been made on the original basis, resulting in higher production efficiency. It can refine rough blank accuracy, reduce turning allowance, improve steel utilization rate, and enhance the internal quality of forgings, bringing more considerable economic benefits to customers.
Equipment Description: Mainly designed for 5KG-10KG forged rings, with a maximum output of 240 pieces/hour
▶The automation configuration is as follows:
1. Use a slide table with a single axis robot to grab the bars from the heating furnace and send them to the upsetting station of the press;
2. Use a flat four axis robot to transfer workpieces at three workstations of the press;
3. Single axis robots equipped with ejector devices and transition tables are used to unload and wait for materials at the three workstations of the press;
4. Adopting a dual robot mobile platform for automatic loading and unloading of the ring rolling machine;
5. Use KUKA210 robot for loading, unloading, and palletizing of ring components;
6. In the automation auxiliary equipment: the waste conveying installation system can quickly and efficiently collect and transport the waste generated during the forging process to the designated location, effectively ensuring a clean production environment and improving the overall management efficiency of the workshop.
7. Mold cooling and cleaning device;
8. Raw material cooling conveyor line;

Q:What information we need customers to provide?
A:Dorco has R&D Center to focus on the study for new product. We can design and make the change as customer’s requirements. We keep an opened mind to service our customers.
Q:What’s your quality control system?
A:We operate ISO9001 Quality Management System. We control our products quality by our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing and Inspection before packing. Each step has inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.
Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
Q:What is your warranty policy?
A:All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation
