Equipment description: Mainly for 5KG-10KG forging ring design, the highest output of 240 pieces/hour
▶Automatic configuration is as follows:
1. The sliding table with a single-axis robot is used to grab the rods from the heating furnace and send them to the upsetting position of the press;
2. The four-axis flat plate robot is used to transfer the workpiece in the three stations of the press;
3. A single-axis robot equipped with ejector device and transition table is used to discharge and wait for materials at three stations of the press;
4. Double robot mobile platform is used for automatic loading and unloading of ring rolling machine;
5. KUKA210 robot is used for loading, unloading and palletizing of ring parts;
6. Automatic auxiliary machine: waste conveying and installation;
7. Mold cooling and cleaning device;
8. Blank cooling conveyor line;
9. Palletizing pallets, etc.

Q:What’s your quality control system?
A:We operate ISO9001 Quality Management System. We control our products quality by our workshop processes: Materials incoming inspection, Machining process control, finished testing and Inspection before packing. Each step has inspector and the testing results will be recorded for checking.
Q:What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A:We prefer T/T through bank. 30% when order is confirmed and 70% before shipment. L/C is also acceptable for amount over 200,000USD.
Q:What is your warranty policy?
A:All our products are warranted for one full year from date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.This warranty does not cover parts that are worn out through the course of normal operation
