The hydraulic testing machine is mainly used for pressure testing of welded pipes, and has the functions of computer recording, storage, printing, and test results. It has the advantages of high efficiency, high testing pressure, and strong safety. The pipe diameter range is from Φ 20 to Φ 3500mm, and the test pressure is 10-110MPa.
Process flow: upper pipe - connecting pipe - water filling - pressure pressing - pressure holding - pressure relief - drainage - outlet pipe.
