The steel coils, welding wires, and fluxes put into production must undergo strict physical and chemical inspections to ensure the basic quality of the products.
The strip steel needs to undergo leveling, trimming, planing, surface cleaning, and pre bending treatment to lay the foundation for subsequent forming and welding.

Each batch of steel pipes must undergo strict inspection, including weld mechanical properties, chemical composition, fusion condition, surface quality, and non-destructive testing, to ensure that only products with fully qualified processes can be put into the market.
