The automated production line of the Heavy Industry Ring Rolling Machine is specially designed for forging rings weighing 5KG to 10KG, with a maximum output of 240 pieces per hour. The main equipment includes one 650KW continuous induction heating furnace, which can heat quickly and evenly; One 400T closed press, with a unique three station design that improves work efficiency; One 250E CNC ring rolling machine ensures high precision in ring rolling processing.

3. Single axis robots equipped with ejector devices and transition tables are used to unload and wait for materials at the three workstations of the press;
4. Adopting a dual robot mobile platform for automatic loading and unloading of the ring rolling machine;
5. Use KUKA210 robot for loading, unloading, and palletizing of ring components;
6. Automation auxiliary equipment: waste conveying installation;
7. Mold cooling and cleaning device;
8. Raw material cooling conveyor line;
9. Stacking pallets, etc.
